Michael attended Independent Electrical Contractors apprentice training program over a period of four years, and became an IEC graduate. Michael then was promoted to licensed electrical journeyman with the company he's employed with. After 5 years, Michael was promoted to Project Foremen in the commercial industry. He then obtained his small business to provide residential and commercial services to the local community. Michael has been able to lead a crew as large as 45 men at a time.
